I’ve spent more than 7 years leading Revenue Operations in fast-growing SaaS companies. At EventMobi, I pioneered their RevOps function, where I:

  1. Integrated siloed data systems into our CRM, giving the Customer Success team real-time visibility to spot risks early and improve retention.

  2. Streamlined the lead-to-customer funnel, making the buyer journey smoother and more efficient.

  3. Built the infrastructure that allowed CS and Sales teams to work together to improve client retention and drive expansion.

Along the way, I developed deep expertise in HubSpot and in designing scalable systems across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
